I've spent twenty years around small businesses. In the shop, at the counter, behind the desk — watching owners do brilliant work with their hands, and then watch them get left behind by technology they never had time to learn.
Not because they weren't smart. Because they were busy. Running a business is a full-time job, and there was never a spare afternoon for another login, another dashboard, another tutorial.
So I built something different: technology that comes to the owner, instead of the owner having to go to the technology. We do the work, we run the machines, and we hand you the result — a video to approve, a phone answered, a problem solved.
