Twenty years as a small business owner
I’m a small business owner who spent years as the go-between — the guy owners came to when they needed something fixed, built, or figured out, and I’d connect them to the right people to make it happen. A one-stop shop for “who do I call for this?” I’ve been around businesses my whole life, and I’ve seen the truth up close: businesses need people to run well. That was my job. ABS is how I do it now — bringing the right solution to you, so you don’t have to go looking.
Too long have I been watching owners do brilliant work with their hands, and then watch them get left behind by technology they never had time to learn.
Not because they weren't smart. Because they were busy. Running a business is a full-time job, and there was never a spare afternoon for another login, another dashboard, another tutorial.
So I built something different: technology that comes to the owner, instead of the owner having to go to the technology. We do the work, we run the machines, and we hand you the result — a video to approve, a phone answered, a problem solved.
